Legal problems of institutional development of civil society in economic sector
The legal principles of the state financial support of civil society institutions in Ukraine are analyzed. The direct financial support of civil society institutions is to provide targeted state funding based on the results of open competitions in support of projects or infrastructure of non-profit organizations.
