DECORATION OF 3D NICKEL AND COPPER SURFACES WITH METALLIC NANOPARTICLES AND NANOSTRUCTURES BY GALVANIC REPLACEMENT. MINIREVIEW

The effectiveness of the galvanic replacement method for decorating a porous surface with metal nanoparticles and nanostructures is considered. It is shown that depending on the functional purpose, foam, porous, and dendritic metal 3D substrates are mainly used for modification by galvanic replacement. In particular, these are nickel and copper substrates on which noble metals are deposited. The peculiarities of the formation of nanosized deposits on porous copper and nickel surfaces depending on the structure of the latter and the conditions of galvanic substitution are given.

RESEARCH OF FOAM FORMERS AND CONCRETE ON THEIR BASIS FOR PRODUCTION OF PRODUCTS OF NON-AUTOCLAVE HARDENING AND MONOLITHIC CONCRETE

Production of foam concrete products and monolithic concreting from them requires foaming agents that have the properties of the obtained foam with a sufficient value of its criteria (multiplicity of foaming, stability of foam for a certain period of time); its compatibility with Portland cement and its hydration products; with hydrated lime, etc. Insufficient properties of the foam can be compensated by the introduction of corrective and stabilizing additives.

INVESTIGATION OF SURFACES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF NON-CONTAINERS OF ABSOLUTELY SILVER

The full market of Ukraine by various foaming agents of domestic and foreign production requires the study of their technical properties and properties of foam on their basis. The article presents the results of research on the multiplicity of foam formation and foam stability during a certain period of time. The comparative characteristic of such properties of foaming agents allows them to be used successfully in the production of foam concrete.
