The article is aimed at identifying the features of the spatial organization of recreational settlements in the difficult conditions of the mountainous terrain of the Ukrainian Carpathians, highlighting the practical experience in the design and construction of recreational residential buildings, and considering the nome nclature of elements of servicing settlements. The research methodology included field surveys of constructed facilities in Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv regions over the past 5–6 years, as well as settlements that were under construction as of 2025.

The research paper examines and carries out atheoretical generalization of the scientific importance of various historical and legal views on the concepts and features of the administrative-legal and coordination function of the state based on the analysis of achievements in the legal doctrine of administrative law. The problematic aspects of historical-legal and administrative-legal provisions of the coordination between the entities of the corruptioncounteraction are analyzed in the article.

The palaces of the romantic style, built in the Lviv region in the XIX - early twentieth century, included a number of architectural and landscape elements that created a unique and harmonious ensemble. Today, practically there are no objects that completely preserved their original appearance. Architectural and landscape-compositional features of such ensembles remain undervalued and require professional attention. It is important to analyze their current function to determine the prospects for their further use, restoration and rational conservation.
