The paradigm of the development of medical law in Ukraine

The article formulates the paradigm of the development of medical law in Ukraine, and also considers the constituent elements that form it. We believe that the legal relations included in the subject of medical law should be divided into two groups. The first group is represented by those relations that arise during the implementation of medical activities in the process of providing medical assistance. That is, the relationship between the doctor and the patient during the implementation of the first diagnostic, treatment and preventive measures.

Influence of health care system on formation (stable conditions of ensuring) of national security of the state

The article analyzes the influence of the health care system on the creation of conditions for ensuring the national security of the state. Characterized its structural and functional purpose, in relation to the affirmation of the value of human life, which determines its ability as an imperative of national security of the state.

Problemmed public administration in the field of medical rehabilitation in the process of the national health system transformation

The article deals with the current state of public administration in the field of medical rehabilitation. Attention is drawn to the emergence of new factors affecting the effectiveness of public administration in this area because of the transformation of the national health system. The main problems and directions of improvement of mechanisms of public administration in the field of medical rehabilitation as the subsystem of the national health care system are determined.

HEALTH CARE SYSTEM MANAGEMENT IN UKRAINE ON ITS MODERN STAGE OF TRANSFORMATION

There was conducted analysis of experiment of creation the model of management of the integrated medical complex in administrative unite. The main principles on which were founded the model of guided medical and social care were revealed on the basis of family medicine with payment due to the volume of performed work. The mechanism of redistribution of functions between the family medicine ambulatories (FМA), medical and social centres, hospitals and specialized ambulatory care was investigated.
