Problems in the Implementation of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Martial Law

The article analyzes the challenges that accompany persons with disabilities in martial law and identifies the difficulties and problems faced by the studied group of society. The national and international legal regulation of the protection and defense of the rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities is analyzed and it is indicated that, despite the broad regulatory framework, the practical aspect of the implementation of the rights of persons with disabilities has significant gaps that are characteristic of all states.

Honor and dignity of a person: the issue of criminal law protection

The article indicates that the honor and dignity of a person is an important factor and an integral component of his constitutional rights and freedoms. Starting from antiquity, in many normative legal acts such as Roman law, Digests of Justinian, the legislation of Kievan Rus, and other European states, the desire to protect the rights, honor and dignity of privileged social classes, and later also of free people, through the legislative policy of the state, can be traced.

Principles of justice as the basis of the functioning of the court system

The article analyzes the principles of justice as the basis for the functioning of the judicial system. It is noted that in recent years there has been increased scientific interest in the guarantees of the realization of everyone's constitutional right to judicial protection, as well as the theoretical bases and principles (fundamentals) of the administration of justice.
