Сформульовано вимоги, обґрунтовано принципи побудови, розроблено узагальнену архітектуру інформаційно-аналітичної системи для оцінювання, прогнозування та управ- ління енергоефективністю економіки регіону, визначено основні функції компонентів.

The requirements have been formulated, principles of construction have been grounded, thegeneralized information-analytical system architecture for evaluation, forecasting and energy efficiency management of regional economy has been developed, the main functions of components have been defined.

The aut­hors show that fu­el and energy complex is and shall be one from ba­sic fo­un­da­ti­on of so­cio-eco­no­mic de­ve­lop­ment of Uk­ra­ine and its re­gi­ons. The po­wer con­sumpti­on of gross do­mes­tic pro­duct is ba­sic in­dex of energy ef­fi­ci­ency. It cha­rac­te­ri­zes the le­vel of char­ges of fu­el and energy re­so­ur­ces on unit of mi­ne-out gross do­mes­tic pro­duct.

In the paper the information-analytical system of accounting automation research training at the National University “Lviv Polytechnic” is considered. The architecture of the system, its major functions, the storage data model and system implementation technology are presented.
