In modern society, mental health support is a relevant component that affects the quality of life of people of all age groups, their social communication, well-being, etc. Since in Ukraine (as well as globally) the number of people with mental health problems is constantly growing, state support in the form of social projects and the introduction of modern information technologies to support and monitor mental health is extremely relevant.

The article is dedicated to the development and application of information technologies to support the educational process of individuals with special educational needs. A conceptual model is proposed that combines modern information and communication technologies, artificial intelligence methods and mathematical models for personalizing learning and taking into account the individual characteristics of participants in the educational process.
