Institutionalization of the government’s ability to interact with the public in the context of public policy formulation and implementation
The necessity to conduct public communications at all stages of public policy formulation — from problem definition to evaluation of impacts of public policy implementation is grounded. A systematic approach to institutionalization of the government’s ability to interact with the public during public policy formulation and implementation is offered. The definition of institutionalization as to strengthening the government’s ability to interact with the public is specified.
