The technique of characteristics of thermoelectric energy converters based on the study of the frequency dependence of their impedance is presented. Specialized hardware and software for impedance spectroscopy of thermoelectric modules have been developed. For the analysis of the obtained spectra, an electrothermal model was taken as a basis, which describes the experimental results well and allows one to obtain not only electrical but also thermal characteristics of a thermoelectric energy converter.
Clinical laboratory diagnostics (laboratory medicine) is one of the most important components of the health care system, which provides medical diagnostic assistance to patients in assessing health status, diagnosis of diseases, monitoring of the results of treatment, further prediction of the course of the disease and quality of life that has a national importance in preserving and improving the health of the population.
Article deals with topical issues of quality management of medical services and their implementation in practical activity. For quality of research results, serious problems are created by a lot of objective and subjective factors. To eliminate the problem factors, the course was aimed at developing national standards in the field of laboratory medicine, using international experience that regulate the requirements for the organization of clinical diagnostic laboratories and laboratory analysis facilities. The acute problem of laboratory research is to ensure the accuracy of the results.
