This paper presents a comprehensive study of the current state and development prospects of the futures market in Ukraine through the analysis of financial instruments, trading platforms, and legislative regulation. The main focus is on evaluating trading volumes, liquidity of futures contracts, market participants' activity, and the integration of the Ukrainian market into the international financial system.
This article emphasizes that financial security is a derivative of a company’s financial condition, which in turn depends on the results of its business operations. The full-scale war has led to a decline in production levels across key economic sectors and a reduction in corporate revenues. Given that the war has created an operating environment with heightened threats and risks, it is crucial to ensure a financial condition that guarantees financial security.
Purpose – It consists in generalizing the system of financial monitoring of working capital, aimed at improving the efficiency of its use in industrial enterprises of Ukraine (on the example of PJSC Ukrnafta) and developing methodological approaches to forming a working capital management system in a market economy, the implementation of which will help ensure the competitiveness of economic entities.
