ANALYSIS OF THE FATIGUE STRENGTH OF RESTING NODES OF MULTIPLE-ROPE FRICTION PULLEYS OF A FRAMED SHAFT HEADGEAR

The paper comprises the results of the analysis of the fatigue strength of the framed shaft headgear structures, among them a multiple-rope hoisting plant, resting nodes of guide pulleys. The analysis was carried out on the design model consisting of flat and spatial finite elements within the software complex “Ansys Workbrench 14.0”.

Influence of parameters of vibration is explored on dynamic properties of screw-bolts connections of the sowing machine. Experimental vibrograms are used for the calculation of local stresses in the connection by low level mathematical model design.  The desires to identify the parameters that contribute to bolt loosening were the impetus for this study.

The results of numerous researches the patterns of distribution of local stresses in the nodes supporting the guide pulleys. Research was carried out considering dynamic nature of the load. Mathematical modeling was carried in four stages, which revealed the influence of the degree of idealization and design scheme and set the boundary conditions of interaction nodes supporting the guide pulleys to the rest of the building.

Ensure the safety of pipelines above ground beam conversion gas pipeline in the process of repair and maintenance

There have been considered and analyzed ways to ensure the safety of crossings of main gas pipeline of large diameter (D = 1200 - 1400 mm) in the process of repair and maintenance work on support beam crossings. There are presented theoretical and experimental values of local stresses arising from the contact of the rollers of the chain of long cylindrical shell and the influence of structural elements of the lift on the strength of the pipeline.
