STUDY OF THE ANAEROBIC PROCESS OF INDUSTRIAL WATER PURIFICATION IN COMBINATION WITH SORPTION METHODS

The issues of rational use of natural resources, ecological safety and environmental protection are extremely urgent and require immediate human influence on the optimization of technological processes, reducing the impact on the ecosystem. The implementation of food industry technology is accompanied by the formation of a significant amount of wastewater, into which about a third of processed raw materials go, and the concentration of polluting components in them is 10...100 times higher than in household water.

THE REASERCH OF DRY CHICKEN MANURE METHANOGENESIS STABILITY

The studies were conducted in batch mode in thirteen repetitions at humidity of 78, 80, 82 and 84%. The coefficient of variation of methane production varied from 14.84% to 35.17% in a mesophilic mode and from 14.4% to 78.21% in a thermophilic mode, which means high instability of the process. The moisture content had a much greater effect on the stability of the process in thermophilic conditions than in mesophilic ones.

THE LIQUID PHASE RECIRCULATION UNDER METHANOGENIC FERMENTATION OF CHICKEN MANURE

The article is devoted to the analysis of the methanogenesis of chicken manure with effluent’s liquid phase recycling with and without nitrogen stripping. It was determined that methanogenesis with full recirculation of the liquid phase is possible both with the sorption of ammonia nitrogen and without it. However, it was characterized by an inhibited state. Methane production was 0.51 l/l in a reactor with ammonia stripping and 0.23 l/l in a reactor without ammonia stripping. The ammonia removal efficiency was 12.5% ammonia nitrogen.

Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of biogas of cyanea organic mass

The article discusses the results of studies of the methane production from cyan biomass based on the data obtained in the course of a laboratory experiments. The yield of biogas was calculated from the substrate per unit volume, and its energy properties were determined. Experimental data indicates the feasibility and economic viability of this biotechnology.
