Today, there are quite a large number of deaf- mute and hard-of-hearing people which communicate using gestures. Therefore, it is simply necessary to provide them with modern means of communication with the surrounding world. This paper creates a holistic computer system architecture for converting gestures into text and audio messages. The principles of construction and basic design solutions of a computer system based on a modern element base with increased productivity and minimization of hardware costs and energy consumption have been developed.
One of the main indicators of the rating of Ukrainian universities is the quality of preparation of future graduates. The quality of the graduate's training may be reflected with a possibility of his employment. It is impossible to track career growth of graduates without creation of centralized informational storage to cover this process as well as possibility for graduate to input information about his employment.
A multifunctional cyber-physical system for monitoring and testing remote computers in the WAN has been developed. This cyber-physical system has been built using microservice architecture. The system has used a website as a graphical interface, which in turn communicates with the main query separator, namely a web server. In addition, the database and the AES-256 encryption algorithm has been used to simplify data work, and to increase system security from external interventions.
The article presents methodology and results of experimental investigation of full-scale steel and concrete composite cable space frame 5.3 m on effect short-term loading. The experimental sample consisted of flexible elements of the lower belt and steel and concrete composite space modules. Elements of the lower belt were made of pieces of rolled steel with a circular cross section of 16 mm in diameter.

Нові типи тестових питань, візуальні редактори, відеоконференції, віртуальний робочий стіл – далеко не повний перелік нових функцій, які розширюють горизонти дистанційного навчання.
