Sulfennaphthoquinones
Thiols, sulfenchlorides, sulfenates and sulfenamides of 1,4-naphthoquinone were synthesized and different methods of their synthesis were investigated. Synthesized thiols, sulfenates and sulfenamides are stable due to the large electron-withdrawing potential of the conjugated quinonic system. Computer and screening with the program PASS C&T and biological screening indicates the necessity of following evaluations of compounds of this combination.
