Problems of the Supremacy of Environmental Law in the Context of Country Legislation

There is a wide range of substantive and procedural rights related to the environment (sometimes called «environmental rights»).

These include material rights, such as the rights to a healthy environment, to life, and to clean air and water. They also include procedural rights such as rights to access to information, public participation in environmental protection, access to justice and non-discrimination.

BIOCLIMATIC AND HYDROMINERAL COMPONENTS OF NATURAL RECREATIONAL POTENTIAL OF THE CARPATHIAN REGION OF UKRAINE

Among the components of the natural recreational potential of the Carpathian region of Ukraine, a special place is occupied by bioclimatic and hydromineral resources, therefore the purpose of the work is to assess their features. The bioclimatic component of the natural recreational potential of this region determines the comfort (discomfort) of human sensations and well-being, so it is important to identify possible positive and negative impacts of various climatic factors and their dynamics in mountain and foothill areas during different seasons of the year.

Strategy for the development of environmental investments in Ukraine

The article clarifies the essence of the concept of “strategy”, namely: strategy is a sequence of actions and decisions taken by the organizer of the process, which lead to the development of a specific strategy (for example, development) designed to help achieve its goals and mission.

MONITORING THE STATE OF THE AIR ENVIRONMENT IN THE LVIV REGION

The article presents the results of monitoring the state of the air environment of Lviv region in 2020. The main sources of pollution are identified and statistical data on emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere are given. The aim of the work is to analyze the state of the environment, natural resources of Lviv region, trends in their changes and environmental measures.

The problematic issue of environmental certification of radiation hazardous objects that needs to be solved for substantial improvement of the situation in the field of environmental protection, preservation and restoration of natural systems and ecosystems is worked out.
The purpose of the development of the environmental passport of the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone (CEZ) territory is defined. The requirements and recommendations for the structure and content of the environmental passport of the CEZ are provided.
