Abstract. Throughout its historical existence, humanity has sought to comprehend, understand, and become aware of itself, the surrounding world, its place within the world, and the world within itself. In this respect, the realms of religion and law are no exception. Since ancient times, humanity has been interested in the nature and essence of human relations, as well as the norms and rules that define their characteristics.
Individualism in creativity is one of foundation. Nevertheless that understanding of creativity neediness is deficient today. The category combine, as theory and practice by itself. For identifying individuality, we can use such architectural categories as style, boundary, norm, scale, and fundamental philosophical category as character, identity, method, phenomenon.
The article focuses on one of the elements of legal communication normative culture of
constructing narrative at the level of logic. The genesis of the maturation of theory and philosophy of
logic is taken into account. The basic typical connections of the logic of the legal text with the norms in
the statements of oral written legal discourses ah with the lexical morphological as well as syntactic and
stylistic levels of the legal text are analyzed.
