Good and evil will never agree. A spiritual struggle is needed. The evil deeds of man testify to the absence of true, perfect knowledge. The factory of knowledge is a person who, with the help of existential and transcendental virtues and having a higher spiritual inoculation, a spiritual vaccine, knows, reveals in the universe the synergistic processual effect of ionization, that is, the transformation of potential good into ontological matters. At the same time, evil necessarily takes part in ionization, as a certain incentive to the opposite action.

The concept of metaphysical accountability is clarified in the scientific article by means
of philosophy, philosophy of law, canon law, mathematics and other sciences. Going to the
conditional formation of the spiritual ladder, it is proved that a person, raising the degree of
responsibility, can significantly reduce their number of offenses. Moving a person to perfection
is carried out in movement from the existential to the transcendental, while reducing the value
of orthodontic, where most unlawful, domestic acts.

The article examines canon law in the constitutional field, because the philosophical
world is very rich in creativity as a movement towards transcendental, extra-ordinary
existence. This creativity in terrestrial conditions is emasculated, stifled by society, the Church
and the state on the basis of the coexistence of people with natural laws, synergistic, nonlinear
social processes. These three institutions, which are governed by natural and supernatural

У статті досліджено канонічну певність благодаті святих місць, що дає змогу
зрозуміти й усвідомити роль Церкви як тайни грішного народу. Інтенсивне духовне
життя людини потребує Церкви, не тільки її літургійного життя, а й його продовження.
Хоч відвідування святих місць і не замінює церковних таїнств, проте дає певність,
переконання у правильності їх пошани, а також визнання такої необхідності. Позитивний
вплив святих місць на звичайних людей, зв’язок живих і померлих зміцнюють буття

Досліджено життєдайні норми в метаантропологічному аспекті. Основну увагу
зосереджено на характеристиці чеснот. Доводиться, що процес чеснот у метаантро-
пологічному вимірі має природні детермінанти, адже християнські життєдайні норми
по-різному виявляються в буденному, екзистенційному та трансцендентальному
вимірах. Охарактеризовано життєву методику з погляду трансцендентного права.
