Influence of heat treatment modes on the performance characteristics of resistive cermet coatings

Dielectric and resistive coatings based on glass ceramics with nickel boride additives have been synthesized. It was found that the microstructure of the resistive coating consists of a large number of phases. X-ray fluorescence analysis revealed the presence of Ni and Cr borides in the structure of the resistive layer. It was found that the change in the structure and specific surface resistance of resistive pastes practically does not affect the temperature coefficient of resistance of the synthesized resistive tracks.

THE INFLUENCE OF THE POLY(VINYL CHLORIDE) ON THE CHEMICAL STABILITY OF POLYESTER COMPOSITES

The influence of the polymeric modifier – poly(vinyl chloride) on the chemical stability of polyester composites was investigated. From the results of the research, it is found that equilibrium water absorption for polyester composites is established within 7-14 days. Water absorption of unmodified polyester material is about 1,5%.

The stressed-deformed state of the double-coated rod part of a bucket pump is researched. The coating has a steel base and some aluminum sputtering; the part of upper aluminum layer gets affected by microarc oxidation then. A non-homogeneous beam model, which has a multiple cross section and the varying parameters of elasticity and strength, is studied. Primarily, the model is kept within normal rod load; secondarily, it is put to the emergency, caused by the wearing of crosshead and frame rails friction couple.
