Abstract. Criminal organizations are complex and structured entities that operate within society with the aim of engaging in illegal activities and generating profits through criminal means. One of the key characteristics of such organizations is their hierarchical structure, which plays a significant role in the functioning and sustainability of these groups. It allows for the efficient distribution of tasks, the control of members' activities, and ensures the organization's long-term operation despite external threats.
Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of legal regulation of settlement operations in the banking sphere of Ukraine. The current state of the economy and its financial components, at a time when our state is under an aggressive military attack by the Russian Federation and the introduction of martial law in Ukraine in connection with this, necessitates a meticulous attitude to certain industries and spheres of society's life.
The article defines the impact of value orientations of law on the formation of human behavior through the prism of the main concepts of legal understanding. It has been found that the nature of legal values occurs in several alternative axiological approaches, of which the most well-founded are the objectivist and subjectivist concepts. Thus, the first determines that values exist objectively, that is, regardless of the subject's consciousness, and he only correctly or incorrectly evaluates them and applies them in everyday life.
