Estimation of functional usability of radio electronic circuits by applying the method of confidence ellipsoids
The problem of estimation of functional usability of radio electronic circuits (REC) by applying the confidence ellipsoid method is considered in this article. The index of probability of the functional usability is chosen as that of the functional usability.
