Andrusiak І. On the role of the logical method of knowledge in scientific and legal research

Research is conducted among all branches of legal sciences. Research and development work is included in the concept of “research”. Research is the process of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information to answer questions. To qualify this process as research, it must have certain characteristics: it must, as far as possible, be controlled, systematic, valid and verified, empirical and critical. Each industry uses scientific research methods in different quantities and different fields. The role of logic in research is key because it helps to draw sound conclusions.

Characteristic features of the influence of roman law in the legal systems of Western Europe

Based on analysis of the fundamental values of Roman law that reflected and embodied in many national legal systems of Western Europe, reveals characteristics of the formation of the concepts of these systems. It was found that borrowing ideas and provisions of the Roman law was carried out through its basic principles, namely cosmopolitism, multiculturalism, fairness and individualism. Found that spirit, idea, principles of Roman law had a positive effect on the national legal system.

Acculturation in law (theoretical, cultural and anthropological aspects)

Rising problem of legal acculturation in general theoretical perspective, highlights the essential characteristics, specifying the types of the process and social conditioning. Particular attention is paid to the advantages and disadvantages of legal acculturation as a process of 165 interaction between legal cultures and legal systems. Attention is focused on the anthropological approach to the process of acculturation, because with this approach we can determine the essential characteristics of the phenomenon.
