Features of operation of the Tesla Model S90D electric car in the conditions of the cities of Ukraine

Tendencies of sustainable development of transport, the use of alternative energy sources, and requirements to the reduction of the carbon footprint on all stages of life cycle on all levels of road transport have led to the increase of the share of the electric car both at the first registration and used vehicles. The appearance of a large amount of used modern electric cars on the market caused the necessity to develop the procedures of provision their technical operation both by requirements of rational use and provision of traffic safety.

INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY, OPERATION AND ENERGY MANAGEMENT OF BUILDING: SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY PARK, TUKE

The current goal of increasing the energy efficiency of buildings should be implemented holistically, considering multidisciplinary measures during the design phase. For the application of innovative technologies it is crucial to know the building’s function, operational requirements, the investor’s financial scope and environmental conditions or limitations. This concept is a continuous process to attain suitable architectural and construction solutions, technical systems and efficiently manage the operation of the building.

Technical losses of the recuperated electric energy in a dc traction power supply system

The efficiency of the recuperative braking of DC electric rolling stock is analyzed in the article. The monitoring of voltages and currents is done for EPL2T trains and VL8 locomotives in the traction and recuperative braking modes. Basic, additional and total technical losses of the recuperated energy are calculated for a DC traction power system. The statistical and theoretical distributions of the RMS current, the additional and total losses are drawn, and their basic probabilistic coefficients are calculated.
