Abstract. The development of technical capabilities and digitalization of state processes have brought the field of administrative services by local self-government bodies to a new qualitative level of ensuring the implementation of the principles of openness and transparency in the public service.
Statement of the problem. Road building is an important task of the State in modern society, and therefore it requires special attention from the state authorities. Warfare has caused catastrophic destruction on a large Ukraine territory, which has also affected the road surface in many regions.
Statement of the problem. The importance of public-private partnerships requires substantiated regulatory and legal regulation in accordance with the need for high-quality and full cooperation between the state and private business with the highest effect. Therefore, the study of the role of legal regulation of public-private partnership in Ukraine is extremely relevant in the new conditions of development of Ukrainian society, given the challenges it is facing today.
