RENOVATION OF SERIES APARTMENT BUILDINGS FROM THE 1960S–1980S IN EUROPE
Buildings constructed in the 1960s–1980s constitute a significant part of the housing stock in Ukraine and other European countries. However, most buildings from this period do not meet energy efficiency requirements or modern urban planning and sanitary standards. Additionally, their appearance and architectural planning structures do not meet the modern needs of residents. In the context of European decarbonization policy and the achievement of climate neutrality, modernizing the housing stock is defined as both a technical necessity and a strategic direction for urban development.
