Вплив метаболітів бактерій роду rhodococcus на ростові показники проростків пшениці

The stimulating effect of metabolites of the Rhodococcus erythropolis strain Au-1 (cell- bound lipids, extracellular polymers) on the germination and morphometric characteristics of wheat seedlings was determined. It is shown that the studied metabolites had the greatest impact on the root weight of seedlings, which increased on 30–70 % as compared with control. It was established that strain R. erythropolis Au-1 synthesizes cell-associated trehalose lipids (0.4-2.9 g/l) and exopolysaccharides (1.6-8.3 g/l) during the growth on nutrient medium with different carbon sources. After pre-sowing treatment of seed by products of this strain morphometric parameters of wheat, rape and coleseed seedlings, including during the growth on oil-polluted environment were increased on 8.0-110.9 %.
