On the Question of Typological Characteristics of a Modern Scientific Legal Journal
Since the 19th century, the world scientific community has developed certain requirements for the format of a scientific publication and the general principles of its functioning. Some of these characteristics have lost their significance (for example, the authority of an academic institution), while others, on the contrary, have gained general recognition, such as preliminary scientific review by external experts. However, this also had a downside – a delay in publishing the results of a particular study negatively affected its scientific priority and/or the possibility of its patenting.
