Approaches and Methods of Evaluation of the Innovation Company
The article the main traditional approaches to business valuation, namely: profitable, costly and comparative have been explored and analyzed. The main methods within each of the traditional approaches have been investigated. The methods of estimating the value of business by income approach are the method of capitalization of net income, the method of capitalization of dividends, the method of capitalization of excess income and the method of discounting cash flow.
