Тhe essence of tactical reception in crimalistics
The article is devoted to the problem of the essence of tactics in criminalistics. Tactical reception as the main element of forensic tactics is a scientifically developed and practically tested behavior (action) or a set of actions of the investigator, as well as other subjects of pre-trial and judicial proceedings, in order to create the best conditions for detection, collection, research, verification and evaluation information in the course of criminal proceedings. The article presents the positions of forensic scientists on the essence of tactics as a component of forensic tactics.
