PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES IN WAR CONDITIONS

Purpose. This study aims to provide an in-depth empirical assessment of the relationship between the density and structure of civil society organizations (CSOs) within selected Ukrainian territorial communities and citizens’ perceptions of their performance. The research explores whether the quantitative presence of CSOs correlates with higher levels of civic engagement, public trust, and satisfaction with cooperation with local authorities.

Virtual Cultural Spaces Projects of Territorial Communities

The article examines the state and activities of cultural institutions of territorial commu- nities, in particular in front-line territories. The issues of reformatting the work of cultural insti- tutions, the search for new online and offline formats that would meet the cultural needs of com- munities, minimal costs and martial law conditions are highlighted. It is determined that to ensure high-quality and full-fledged work of cultural institutions in the martial law conditions, it is ad- visable to use the potential of the virtual environment.

POST-WAR RECONSTRUCTION OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES IN UKRAINE: STRATEGIC GUIDELINES

Purpose – The article is devoted to the study of the post-war reconstruction of territorial communities. It is justified that the restoration of territorial communities should be started now, and not wait for the end of the war. The challenges faced by communities in the face of a full-scale invasion are analyzed. Factors affecting the stability of territorial communities, in particular the involvement of local residents, their willingness to participate in solving community problems, were studied.
