Mechanisms of public administration in the sphere of family policy: organizational and legal aspect
Organizational and legal components of public administration mechanisms in the sphere of family policy in Ukraine are researched. The main legal and organizational gaps in the system of public administration of this area on the basis of the analysis of existing legal framework and practice of implementation of management mechanisms and tools are found out. The most important directions are presented and ways of legal and organizational improving of public administration mechanisms of the state family policy in Ukraine are defined.
