Paralism in terminology
The article is devoted to peculiarities of interpretation of wrongful acts. Examines the nature of the crime and the criminal inactivity. It defines the essence of the administrative offence. Reasonably correct and the need of the use of the phrase “committing a crime”, “offence” instead of “commit a crime”, “offense”.
