Research of Dynamics of the Vibrating Machine's Downloading With the Vertical Movement

The purpose of research. The main purpose of the work is to develop mathematical software for studying the dynamics of vibration machines of volumetric processing, and calculate the influence of various factors on the efficiency of the process based on applied systems of automated mathematical calculations, including MathCad and MatLab. Method. The research was carried out on the basis of a class of vibrating machines with unbalanced drive type and spring suspension.

Goal. It lies in the analysis of energy efficiency of one-, two- and three-mass oscillating systems. Significance. Vibration processing equipment is widely used in almost all industries. Simple single- and dual-mass oscillation systems are most commonly used, as there are some difficulties in the design and manufacture of three-mass vibrating machines.

Adjustment of parameters of three – mass interresonant vibrating machines with an inertial exciters

Goal. It lies in the synthesis of inertia-rigid parameters of three-mass interresonant vibrating machines for producing its in-phase motion. Significance. Three-mass interresonant vibrating machines rarely used in manufacturing because they are difficult in calculation, design, production, operation and readjustment.

Goal. It lies in the synthesis of inertia-rigid parameters of two-mass resonance vibration machines taking into account the interference of rigid parameters in the oscillatory system. Topicality. The need for these studies is due to the fact that the vibration machine interacts with the parameters of the oscillation system, the main of which are inertial, rigid and power. If they are correctly calculated and implemented in the design of a vibration machine, it will be robust.
