Annotation. Today, economic relations in the field of land use require the presence of an effective tool to ensure environmentally safe and economically efficient use of land in agricultural production. Considering that the land, according to the Constitution of Ukraine, is defined as the main national wealth of the people and is under special protection of the state, there is a need to protect and restore agricultural lands, which is a priority task in the process of ensuring sustainable development of the country.

Abstract. The article reveals ways of adapting the international experience of regulating land relations in Ukraine. The experience of France, Great Britain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Germany was analyzed. It was found that Ukraine should search for its vectors of development of land relations, answering a large number of complex questions that will arise during this process.

In this paper experimental studies of agrochemical parameters of soil to improve fertility of grassland are considered.
