The article contains the results of the research on the influences of different concentrations of working solutions of the enzyme product «Enzymnyi» on microbial biofilms Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus cereus. Research has shown that the optimal effect of the detergent on the biofilm is visible with a concentration of 0.01%, where the biofilms optical density is decreased by a factor of 3.7 in Staphylococcus aureus and in Pseudomonas aeruginosa and times 4.5 in Bacillus cereus in comparison with the control and is within 0,7-0,53 units, respectively. It has been found that the optical density of microbial biofilms is decreasing with decreasing of concentration. With an increasing of the temperature of the «Enzymnyi» detergent to 60° С with the exposition of 30 minutes density of Bacillus cereus was 0.39 units, which is in 4.5 times less in comparison with control, density of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms was reduced in 4.4 times and reached 0.4 units, а density of Bacillus cereus biofilms – in 4,5 times and reached 0,39 units. The authors point the time-dependent effect of the «Enzymnyi» detergent, in other words, with increasing of the exposition, there is a greater degradation of biofilms formed by Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus cereus.
At the same time, with the increasing of the temperature of the «Enzymnyi» detergent to 60 °С and the exposition of 60 minutes there is the increasing of the its effectiveness in terms of the bacteria disruption in biofilms.
