Paper Format
The submitted paper must be formatted according to the template MS Word Template. Please prepare your paper strictly according to the guidelines of Procedia Computer Science.
Paper Length
Submitted technical papers must be 6 pages including all figures, tables, and references.
Paper Submission
Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically using the online conference management system in PDF format before the deadline.
The submission processes will be managed by easychair.org. If you have used this system before, you can use the same username and password. If this is your first time using EasyChair, you must register for an account by clicking the “ I have no EasyChair account” button. Upon completion of registration, you will get a notification email from the system and you are ready to submit your paper. You can upload and re-upload the paper to the system by the submission due date.
Peer-reviewing
Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by thrее scholars based on technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, and clarity. If necessary, a fourth, additional reviewer will be involved. The Program Committee will use these reviews to determine which papers will be accepted for presentation at the workshop. The review result will be announced to the submitting authors by email, along with reviewer comments, if any.
Publication
All accepted papers will be scheduled for oral presentations and will be included in the workshop proceedings published by Elsevier Science in the open-access Procedia Computer Science series online. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend the conference to present the work.
Procedia Computer Science is hosted by Elsevier on www.Elsevier.com and on Elsevier content platform ScienceDirect (www.sciencedirect.com), and will be freely available worldwide.
All papers in Procedia will be indexed by:
1. Scopus (www.scopus.com);
2. Thomson Reuters' Conference Proceeding Citation Index (http://thomsonreuters.com/conference-proceedings-citation-index/).
3. Engineering Village (Ei) (www.engineeringvillage.com). This includes EI Compendex (www.ei.org/compendex).
4. DBLP (http://dblp.uni-trier.de/).
