The article presents the research results and practical implementation of the website “Computer Program for Import Substitution of Medicines” (CPIM), which is designed to automate the search and analysis of medicines subject to import substitution in Ukraine. The developed system provides rapid identification of medicines without domestic analogues and forms lists of candidate drugs for launch into production at pharmaceutical enterprises. The site's architecture is built on the principles of a modular monolith using the C++ programming language and the Drogon framework, which guarantees high performance, stability, cross-platform compatibility, and ease of scaling. The integration of three central databases — the State Register of Medicines of Ukraine, the National List of Essential Medicines, and the Register of Wholesale Prices of Manufacturers — made it possible to create a unified information system for market monitoring. The implemented search algorithms based on ATX codes and international non-proprietary names provide accuracy, convenience, and efficiency when working with large data sets. The practical significance of the developed system lies in creating an innovative tool that supports the state policy in import substitution and strengthens the country's pharmaceutical security, especially in martial law conditions and limited availability of several medicines. Further development of the CPIM involves improving the interface, implementing personalized search, integrating international databases, and expanding analytical capabilities for different groups of users - from scientists and doctors to representatives of pharmaceutical companies and state authorities.
