SHV (Series Humanitarian Vision) publishes only original and peer-reviewed articles on the basis of positive responses of the anonymous reviewers. SHV Editor Board denies any kind of plagiarism. Editor Board recognizes the advice of the Committee on Publications Ethics (http://publicationethics.org), Elsevier Publishing Ethics (https://www.elsevier.com/editors/perk), and Scopus (https://www.elsevier.com/authors/journal-authors/policies-and-ethics).
On the base of those advices, SHV Editor Board formulated the policy of publishing ethics and publication malpractice statement.
Fair play
Only the scientific quality of the submitted articles is taking into consideration, regardless of the author's race, religion, sexual orientation, political convictions, gender and nationality.
Confidentiality
Editors and members of the Editor Board will not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate. The names, e-mail addresses, postal addresses and other information about the authors will be used only for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be available for any other purposes and persons.
Disclosure and conflicts of interest
Authors must disclose any substantive conflict of interest that might be construed to influence the results of their research. All sources of support for the author/research should be disclosed in the submitted manuscript. Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor's own research without the express written consent of the author. Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal advantage. Editors should recuse themselves (i.e. should ask a co-editor, associate editor or other members of the editorial board instead to review and consider) from considering manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or (possibly) institutions connected to the papers. Editors should require all contributors to disclose relevant competing interests and publish corrections if competing interests are revealed after publication.

Non-acceptance of plagiarism and copyright infraction
The journal rejects any kind of plagiarism and infraction of copyright. All submitted articles and materials are checked for plagiarism and possible copyright infringement. Submitted plagiarized articles will be rejected immediately. Also, articles that have already been published or are translations from other languages, which are written in violation of copyright, are not allowed for review and are rejected.
Post-Publication Policy: Corrections & Retractions
In cases of serious errors that affect the published material (but do not fully invalidate its results) or significantly impair the reader’s understanding or evaluation of the published material, the editor-in-chief will publish a correction note that is linked to the published material. The published material in the journal (hard copy) will be left unchanged.
Concerning retractions, the journal follows COPE's Retraction Guidelines
Payment for articles' publication
No payment for publishing articles. All journal's content is freely available without charge to users and their institutions.
Open access policy
The journal's content is fully accessible online.
Copyright policy
The authors retain copyright and offer the journal the right of the first publication. Further distribution of articles must maintain attribution to the authors and the published titles of the articles, journal citation and DOI.
Ethical Rules for Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board and Their Responsibilities
1. Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the acceptance of the submitted articles regarding their theoretical level, conceptual development, novelty, copyright, and plagiarism.
2. Editor-in-Chief and any member of the Editorial Board don't spread any information about the author of the submitted article to anyone other.
3. Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board recognize the freedom of research approaches, ideas, conceptions, methodological plurality, which are presented by the authors of submitted articles without any race, religious, sexual, ethnic origin, gender discrimination.
4. Editor-in-Chief and any member of the Editorial Board should do not use the denied papers for own research purposes.
Ethical Rules for Reviewers and Their Responsibilities
1. The main task of peer-reviewer is the evaluation of submitted articles. He or she makes the decision to publish or not the submitted articles. Peer-reviewer via Editor-in-Chief may give the author the advice on how to improve the submitted articles.
2. Peer-reviewer communicates directly with the Editor-in-Chief or the Executive Secretaries.
3. Peer-reviewer must be a specialist of the high level in the domain which is presented in the submitted articles.
4. Each submitted article is considered as confidential material and should be sent only to the chosen reviewers by Editor-in-Chief or Executive Secretaries after consultations with Editor-in-Chief.
5. Peer-reviewer must be objective, inform the Editor or the Executive Secretaries about any similarities of the submitted articles with the articles which he or she knows.
6. Acceptance and rejection of submitted articles must be grounded on the peer reviewer's arguments which should be clear and avoid any personal criticism.
Ethical Rules for Authors and Their Responsibilities
1. The author is responsible for the accuracy of quotations and submits an only original article which not has been published in any other journals and not be translated from other languages.
2. It would be better if the author of the submitted article is one without any co-authors. In the case of co-authors, SHV Editor and Editor Board accepted only no more than one co-author of the submitted article.
If there is co-author that he or she must indicate the percentage of his or her contribution to the research.
3. Authors must disclose any substantive conflict of interest that might be construed to influence the results of their research. All sources of support for the author/research should be disclosed in the submitted manuscript.
4. The author and co-author fill the Authorship Statement for an indication of the contribution in the preparing of the article. The Authorship Statement you can load at the bottom of this page.
5. The author(s) indicates the type of the article (overview or original scientific and methodological article) by the separate line above the title of the article.
6. The author is responsible for obtained permission for using copyrighted materials.
