Instructions for Authors

Requirements for Manuscripts

The article must correspond to the subject matter of the scientific proceedings and the current state of science, be relevant, and not previously published in other scientific journals. The author is responsible for the accuracy of the material presented, the absence of plagiarism, the correctness of conclusions, as well as the accuracy of citations and references.

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically to the editorial board (by email). Articles in Ukrainian or English are accepted for publication. The length of an article should be 6–10 pages (including tables, graphs, and figures), font size 11 pt, line spacing 1.1.

The structure of the article should include:

  1. Author information, article title, abstract, and keywords in Ukrainian.
  2. Introduction – problem statement and research relevance.
  3. Literature Review – analysis of recent research and publications.
  4. Purpose – aim and objectives of the study.
  5. Methodology – research methods applied.
  6. Results and Discussion – presentation of findings and analysis.
  7. Conclusions – conclusions and prospects for further research.
  8. References – list of sources.
  9. Author information, article title, abstract, and keywords in English.

Formatting Requirements

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically and accompanied by a printed copy on A4 paper in Ukrainian or English.

Text formatting (MS Word 97–2013):

  • Page format: A4 (210 × 297 mm)
  • Orientation: portrait
  • Margins: left – 1.8 cm, right – 2.5 cm, top – 2 cm, bottom – 2.7 cm
  • Alignment: justified
  • Page numbers: bottom center
  • Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt
  • First line indent: 1 cm
  • Line spacing: 1.1

Figures and graphs:

  • Insert directly into the text depending on size.
  • Captions: Times New Roman, 11 pt, italic, centered below the figure.
  • Numbered as “Fig. 1, Fig. 2, …”.
  • Acceptable formats: *.tif, *.psd, *.jpg (resolution ≥ 300 dpi).
  • Black-and-white illustrations: Grayscale; color – CMYK.
  • Figures created in Word must be grouped and editable.

Tables:

  • Submitted as MS Excel or MS Word objects adjusted to page size.
  • Heading: e.g., “Table 1”, aligned right, 11 pt, italic.
  • Title: centered, bold, 11 pt.
  • Table text: 10 pt.

Formulas:

  • Created in Equation 3–5, centered, numbered in round brackets aligned right.
  • Font: 11 pt, indices 8–9 pt, symbols consistent with scientific standards.
  • Variables in italics, functions (sin, cos, etc.) in regular font.

References:

  • APA style, Times New Roman, 10 pt.
  • Minimum of 15 sources, including recent Ukrainian and international publications.

Abstracts:

  • Ukrainian and English abstracts, each ~1800 characters, italic, 10 pt.

Article Layout Order

  1. Author(s) full name(s) – aligned left, bold.
  2. Institution – new line, regular font.
  3. Article title – uppercase, bold, centered (after two line spaces).
  4. Copyright symbol © + initials and surname(s) – italic (after two line spaces).
  5. Abstracts in Ukrainian and English – italic, ~1800 characters each.
  6. Keywords – 5 to 15 words.
  7. Main text of the article.
  8. References list (APA style).
  9. Author contact details (after two line spaces).

At the end of the article (on a new page, not counted in the total pages):

  • Full name, academic degree, and academic title.
  • Department and institution.
  • Institution address.
  • Email.
  • Phone number.
  • ORCID ID.

Submission Requirements

Authors must submit to the editorial board:

  1. The article prepared according to the above requirements.
  2. Author details in Ukrainian and/or English: full name, academic degree, title, position, institution, city, country, phone number, and postal address.
  3. PhD students must also provide a supervisor’s review (Doctor/PhD of Sciences).

After review by the editorial board, the author will be notified of acceptance. Articles may be returned for revision.
