Each manuscript submitted to the editorial office undergoes peer review.
All manuscripts must correspond to the scope and policy of the journal and be prepared in accordance with its requirements. Manuscripts are checked for plagiarism. Improperly prepared manuscripts will be rejected.
Manuscripts accepted for consideration are sent for review. Each article is reviewed by at least two experts from Ukraine (one of whom may be a member of the editorial board).
The review process follows a double-blind peer review model.
During the review, the following are evaluated:
- compliance of the article and its title with the journal’s scope,
- relevance and scientific level,
- strengths and weaknesses,
- compliance with formatting requirements.
If one negative review is received, the manuscript is sent to an additional reviewer. If two negative reviews are received, the manuscript is rejected by the editorial office.
The review conclusion (recommend for publication without changes, recommend with revisions, or not recommend for publication) is provided to the author anonymously, without the reviewer’s signature.
All disputable issues are considered at an editorial board meeting. The decision on publication feasibility is made by the editorial board by majority vote.
The final decision on the publication of the article is made by the Editor-in-Chief.
Once accepted, the manuscript undergoes literary editing, English language editing, and final corrections by the authors.
