The article examines the evolution of rapid construction methods, starting from traditional techniques and ending with modern innovative technologies. Today, most people prefer houses built in the traditional way; however, this trend is changing due to the growing popularity of prefabricated constructions. This is driven by the economic efficiency and speed of erecting such buildings. The study includes an analysis of literary sources and practical visits to construction sites, providing a detailed understanding of how modern technologies are transforming the construction industry.
Special attention is given to traditional materials such as wood, stone, and clay, and their transformation into modern methods, including precast concrete, prefabricated wooden panels, and 3D printing. The analysis of recent studies shows that new construction methods based on traditional techniques significantly reduce construction time and costs, while also improving quality and environmental sustainability.
The article also reviews the works of leading researchers in this field, such as Khan and Khan (2019), who emphasize the efficiency of modern construction methods, and Vatan (2017), who explores the cultural aspects of traditional building systems and their impact on modern technologies. Hagman examines the method of cordwood construction, highlighting its historical importance and adaptation to modern conditions.
Based on the research conducted, the authors conclude that the evolution of rapid construction methods has a significant impact on modern architecture, ensuring the fulfillment of contemporary construction requirements, reducing costs, and minimizing environmental impact.
