The article is devoted to investigating the pivotal role of women’s inventiveness as a catalyst for entrepreneurial success within the contemporary economic landscape. It provides an in-depth examina- tion of the distinctive features of the female approach to innovation, characterized by unconventional thinking, exceptional creativity, and a strong commitment to social responsibility. The author explores how inventions pioneered by women significantly influence the advancement of key sectors, including technology, education, healthcare, and ecology, underscoring their transformative potential in tackling pressing global issues such as climate change, digitalization, and the automation of production processes. Women’s involvement in technological startups is highlighted as a vital component in cultivating an in- novative ecosystem capable of responding effectively to modern challenges. Additionally, the article sheds light on the primary barriers confronting women inventors and entrepreneurs, such as entrenched gender stereotypes, restricted access to financial resources, inadequate support during the initial phases of pro- ject development, and limited integration into professional networks. A detailed analysis is provided of existing initiatives designed to bolster women’s entrepreneurship, including women-focused incubators, grant programs, mentorship networks, and tailored educational courses, all of which play a crucial role in dismantling these obstacles. The article emphasizes that women’s inventiveness can serve as a corner- stone for sustainable business development, driving not only economic prosperity but also promoting so- cial justice and equity. In its conclusions, the study asserts that the proactive inclusion of women in inno- vative processes is an essential prerequisite for fostering a diverse, inclusive, and globally competitive economy. Supporting women’s inventiveness is framed as a strategically critical measure, yielding pro- found social and economic benefits for society, enhancing its overall progress, resilience, and well-being.
