Objective processes of radical modernization of the activities of information and analytical structures, libraries, and archives determine the training of a modern specialist in Digital Humanities. Their role as scientific, information-analytical, and educational centers is growing, which provides an opportunity to quickly and fully use information resources, conduct information searches using information technologies, systems, and networks, and enter the world of scientific and educational space.

A smartphone is not only a means of communication, but also a gadget that helps a modern person better understand the effectiveness and optimize some of his own needs. Today, it plays the role of not only a full connection, but also provides constant access to various sources of information, searches for informational opportunities and promotes the popularization of his own content and himself. That is why these gadgets have also rapidly taken an important place in the work of journalists.

Abstract. The purpose of this article is to systematize and summarize information on the impact of the «information bubble» effect on the formation of public opinion in the context of the «United News» telethon. Analysis of the «information bubble» effect in the context of the «United News» telethon reveals important aspects of the influence of mass media on the formation of public opinion in wartime.

The increasing complexity of cyber threats requires the development of effective methods for detecting and classifying attacks in network traffic. This study analyzes the effectiveness of three popular machine learning algorithms: Random Forest, which is used for anomaly detection, Support Vector Machines (SVM), which performs cyber threat classification, and autoencoders, which are used for data preprocessing and deep traffic analysis.

We consider the process of forming, which is carried out by means of providing differences, through structure, color, texture and texture. Form is conceived of as a structure of elements and relationships hierarchically divided to establish a cumulative unity. Its three objective categories are mass, texture and color. It will have a fuller and more correct meaning if we understand it as a kind of “active energy”.

Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine has shaken stability and peace in the world. The daily destruction of infrastructure as a result of enemy shelling, the deaths of military and civilians, missile terror and other events at the front pose a threat not only to Ukraine but to the entire world. That is why this topic is in the field of view of all quality media in Ukraine and other countries, especially the United States. After all, it is America that is our main partner and actively assists in the fight against the enemy.

The key terms in the process of knowledge management and knowledge potential are analyzed. Groups of internal and external factors affecting knowledge potential are indicated. The factors of influence on the choice of electronic educational resources are highlighted. The interaction of participants in the educational process is depicted shematically, particularly in communities of the electronic educational environment. The list of probabilistic selection rules for choosing a source of knowledge and learning is given.

The article proposes a systematic approach to the analysis of psychological perception of information at the level of human intuitive perception. The most successful, according to the authors, methods and approaches of building information models of sensory perception of information are given. Such a systematic approach “from simple to complex and from it to generalization” made it possible to determine the features of each of the considered methods, to determine their advantages and disadvantages, and to indicate the directions of appropriate use.
