Some aspects of the use of information and communication and digital technologies /»video conference mode»/, software products during proceedings, relevant technical and procedural mechanisms of application, storage (archiving) of evidentiary information, and their regulation in domestic and other countries' legislation were studied.
Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine has shaken stability and peace in the world. The daily destruction of infrastructure as a result of enemy shelling, the deaths of military and civilians, missile terror and other events at the front pose a threat not only to Ukraine but to the entire world. That is why this topic is in the field of view of all quality media in Ukraine and other countries, especially the United States. After all, it is America that is our main partner and actively assists in the fight against the enemy.
The key terms in the process of knowledge management and knowledge potential are analyzed. Groups of internal and external factors affecting knowledge potential are indicated. The factors of influence on the choice of electronic educational resources are highlighted. The interaction of participants in the educational process is depicted shematically, particularly in communities of the electronic educational environment. The article proposes a systematic approach to the analysis of psychological perception of information at the level of human intuitive perception. The most successful, according to the authors, methods and approaches of building information models of sensory perception of information are given. Such a systematic approach “from simple to complex and from it to generalization” made it possible to determine the features of each of the considered methods, to determine their advantages and disadvantages, and to indicate the directions of appropriate use.
The article deals with modern information technologies inthe activities of prosecutor’s offices. It is stressed that the character and importance of information technologies used by prosecutors can directly or indirectly influence transparency of the prosecutor’s work; professional exercising of their functions; personal security; communication with the law enforcement agencies; improvement of the document flow; access to data and reliable processing of information; effectiveness of managerial and procedural decisions.
