The modern building technologies are technologies of green construction, near zero-energy and active buildings with bioclimatic design, optimized energy consumption and CO2 emissions. Prospective enclosing structures of such buildings are structures using available, low cost, and environmentally friendly materials based on plant raw materials.
Currently, the problem of energy-saving construction remains extremely relevant. The application of thermorenovation measures for existing public and residential buildings is one of the ways to solve the problem of rational use of fuel and energy resources. In this article, one of the thermorenovation measures is considered, in particular, the installation of additional external insulation to insulate external walls on the example of a general secondary education institution.
Ukraine has significant land resources for agriculture and is able to provide its population not only with food but also with raw materials for bioenergy.
In this article the results of research of tank of accumulator are resulted as capacity heat exchangers. Offered capacities of tanks of accumulators with the different forms of bottoms, their sizes are found. Deductible thickness of the insulation of accumulator with optimum conditions. Time of cooling of accumulator is found.
Each increase of energy tariffs actualizes the problem of insulation of buildings in order to reduce heating costs. This raises the question of choice of insulating material. In the article is considered the actual question comparing the most common types of thermal insulation - polystyrene (foam) and mineral wool. As a general criterion of comparison proposed life cycle assessment which is formed of four stages assessments existence of material: manufacture, installation, use (operation) and return back to the environment.
The heating supply of residential areas in many cities of Ukraine is central. The heat sources of central heating are heating boiler houses with hot water boilers. Heating boiler houses, usually located far from residential areas and heating networks, respectively, have a considerable length. Transportation heat carrier from the heat source to consumers accompanied by loss of heat. It is, according to various sources, is estimated at 10-30 % of the heat energy that released heat source.
