 The article discusses the issue of the essence and scientific status of philosophy. The case is made that philosophy is essentially related to worldview, because it revolves around the most general questions about the world, a human being, and its place in the world – worldview questions, or Big Philosophical Questions. This does not mean that philosophy is a worldview, or a collection of worldviews, or a science about worldviews.

Pedagogy is not the same. The main reason for the contradictory, different contents of the science of pedagogy in the methodology, presentation of the material. The methodology of scientific and didactic thought depends in most cases on the worldview of the author. In spiritual pedagogy, the canonical-legal worldview dominates. This worldview forms pedagogy on an ontological and spiritual basis. 

The article discusses current issues methodological problems of demarcation law describes the basic scientific approaches to determine the definition of law. An attempt to solve the traditional concept of discourse to the world, mainly western jurisprudence methodological problems. It is proved that from the standpoint of methodology knowledge of the entire analysis was erected on level epistemological procedures that do not derive to understand the content of the right, which, above all, viewed the problem of understanding and interpretation of the idea of law.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the notion, types and components of a human's worldview as a compulsory element of his consciousness. Besides, the notion and meaning of individual's views are revealed together with its place in a structure of human consciousness. Furthermore, there are elaborated certain proposals to amend the Constitution of Ukraine as to the possibility to express the worldview and individual's view guaranteed by the main law.

The paper introduces the concept of embedded safety as a method ensuring the functional efficiency and safety unity of scientific and technical activities. The author suggests the safety criterion of the dominating vector of the worldview intentions in the society and among professionals and the safety criterion of the scientific and technical project.
