Possibility of modeling statistical characteristics of technological processes at the syages of their design is considered in the paper. Models of technological operations enabling formation of difficult schema of technological processes are examined. Models are oriented to calculation of statistical characteristics with application of characteristic functions.
To be successful, efficient operation of networks apply the relevant methods of network and systems management, which require constant and reliable metrological provision and receipt of appropriate and effective estimates of the parameters measured random variables, processes or fields. To obtain estimates of the measured parameters can be used: sampling methods optimal estimate of random variables, recursive methods for estimating random variables or recursive evaluation methods of random processes.
