The synergistic approach in the study of international legal systems is a new and promising approach to the analysis of complex interactions between elements of legal systems. In connection with globalization, there is a growing need to find methods that allow us to consider legal systems as organic wholes, where the interaction of individual elements leads to the formation of new legal realities.
The article analyzes the essence of methodological research of modern legal phenomena in a globalized society. The aim of the article is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the methodology of legal globalistics by focusing on the isolation of special legal research methods that constitute the main matrix of the analysis of the state and trends of its development.
Each person plans something, designs and tries to implement this program into practical life activities. Of course, not everything planned becomes real, and sometimes things are implemented that were not thoroughly thought about. In the philosophy of law, of particular interest is the completeness and quality of the implementation of natural laws, on the basis of which a person forms natural law for himself according to his intelligible and sensitive endowments.

The article is devoted one of basic problems of philosophy of right, namely to the phenomenon of deviantnoy sense of justice, in particular to its reasons and displays in a sinergistical aspect. The purpose of this article consists in that, to accent attention of reader on the decision of fundamental problem of social science: removal of factors that explain a man to deviantnoy sense of justice. An author is conduct the analysis of factors which influence on forming of deviantnoy sense of justice and his displays.
