Використання олефінів фракції с4 термокаталітичних процесів нафтопереробки для одержання метакролеїну і бута

The joint process of isobutylene oxidation and butene-1 oxidative dehydration is studied on the basis of Fe-Te-Mo-Ox catalyst in the impulse flown plant. The optimal process conditions of products yield (methacrolein, butadiene-1,3) are determined. It is shown that the selectivity by butadiene-1,3 increases with the contact time rising at 633 K and the selectivity by methacrolein at 693 K is maximal at contact time of 0.6 s. The maximal total yield of the target reaction products (68.7 %) is obtained at 693 K and contact time of 3.6 s.

Optimization of oil-well mix composition with zeolitic tuff additive for borehole cementation

Selection of oil-well mortar composition by the method of orthogonal central-compositional planning is implemented. Optimum content of the additives, such as cellulose ester and basalt fiber in the mix composition was determined.

Дослідження нейоногенних деемульгаторів різної будови на штучних нафтових емульсіях

The experimental results concerning demulsified ability of block copolymers of ethylene and propylene oxides wich may be used as  demulsifiers for oil emulsions have been represented. The dependence of their efficiency on the content of oxyethylene and oxypropylene groups in the molecule has been determined. The dependence of their degree of dehydration on the temperature and emulsion composition has been determined. 

Лабораторні та промислові дослідження деемульгаторів різних виробників

Наведено результати лабораторного дослідження деемульгаційної здатності нового
деемульгатора ДМ-3 на основі суміші оксидів етилену та пропілену, порівняння його
ефективності з промисловими деемульгаторами. Після одержання позитивних
результатів лабораторних досліджень проведено промисловий пробіг деемульгатора ПМ
1441 марки Б, який має подібний склад до ДМ-3, та порівняння з імпортним
деемульгатором Demtrol 4225. Результати роботи в промислових умовах деемульгатора
ПМ-1441 марки Б дають підстави для проведення промислових випробувань

Corrosion protection of oil production and refinery equipment

The review of methods of industrial equipment corrosion prevention is presented. Application of technological means using chemical reagents and surface-active substances is considered, namely dehydration and desalting of hydrocarbon products of deposits by surface-active substances – so called demulsifiers. Corrosion inhibitors and neutralizing agents for protection of condensation-refrigeration equipment and overheads of atmospheric columns are examined. The amount of reagents to be used and the process conditions were determined.

1,3-butadiene and methacrylonitrile obtaining using oxidative conversion of C4 olefins over Fe-Te-Mo-Ox catalyst promoted with BaCl2

The effect of BaCl2 promotor on the catalytic properties of Fe-Te-Mo-Ox catalyst of joint oxidative dehydration and oxidative amonolysis of C4 olefins has been examined. Physico-Chemical Properties and Efficiency of Demulsifiers based on Block Copolymers of Ethylene and Propylene Oxides

The investigation results about physico-chemical properties of block copolymers based on ethylene and propylene oxides and their solutions which may be used as demulsifiers for oil emulsions have been represented. The dependence of their physico-chemical properties on the content of oxyethylene and oxypropylene groups in the molecule has been determined. On the basis of the technological suitability a series of block copolymers was chosen and their demulsified ability was examined.
