Formulation of the problem. In the conditions of a full-scale war, economic development transforms into the manual mode of governmental regulation. The state policy of post-war economic development should take into account the priority of the development of those branches of the national economy, which will allow to organize the obtaining of the maximum added value for the least expenditure of resources.

STIMULATION OF EFFECTIVE EMPLOYMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF SOCIAL VULNERABILITY

The purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need to improve the modern state employment policy under the intensification of external migration of the population of Ukraine. Effective institutional-administrative, organizational-economic, and information tools of the state employment policy should be used to create and improve the quality of existing jobs, intensify employment in rural areas, eliminate shadow employment and wages, equalize imbalances in supply and demand in the labor market.

Migration processes: concept, essence, current state

The article deals with the concept, essence, modern state of migration processes. Based on international legal acts, the terminology used to determine migration and migration processes is analyzed. Characterizes the methodological principles of constructing a migration model based on the concepts and approaches that exist in the scientific literature, the peculiarities of migration processes, their connection with economic, social, demographic, cultural and legal factors, and the mutual relationship between immigration and emigration.
