Precarpathian foredeep

Distribution of formation pressures and collector Properties of mountain rocks at great depths in oil and gas basins of Ukraine

The study of geodynamic processes, the distribution of reservoir pressures and the properties of deep rocks in Ukraine's oil and gas basins, is crucial for enhancing geological exploration, predicting hydrocarbon accumulation, and assessing production methods. This is an important and timely issue in the field today. Analysis of geological and geophysical studies, deep drilling, laboratory studies of core and sludge, as well as experiments to examine the physical properties of reservoir rocks, form the optimal approach to address this issue.

Deep structure of the north-western part of the Carpathian oil-and-gas bearing region based on integral interpretatiion of complex geologiocal and geophysical data

The report is devoted to an actual problem of studying the deep structure of the Carpathian region. Our research is based on creating a spatial integral seismic-gravity model. Gained results gave the opportunity to single out a number of lowered and raised blocks of the basement which correlate with the main tectonic units of the region and specify its geological structure. Further studying of the territory requires conduction of regional seismic investigation and its integral interpretation.

Tectonic of the consedimentogenesis of Precarpathian foredeep of central Paratethys

The features of consedimental tectonic of the Precarpathian foredeep (central Paratethys) are considered. Sedimentation processes of the Stebnik’s suite took place in calm conditions as indicated by a number of attributes. As an example of the important diagnostic signs of tectonic activity the nature of the faulting and processes of consedimentary and modern mineralization were studied.
